Welcome to a site that offers access to a huge selection of programmes on steam trains and narrow gauge railways  

Our specialty is mainly narrow gauge, with a great 2hr video Narrow Gauge Story, featuring the Ffestiniog railway, Welsh Highland Railway, Swiss Narrow Gauge, Cumbres and Toltec, Durango and Silverton, Harz and many more but our aim is to bring you the sight and sound of interesting steam trains and diesel trains with best possible photography.
There are videos on a variety of subjects: The Great Little Trains of Wales, the Welshpool and Llanfair Railway, Snowdon Mountain Railway, Talyllyn Railway, a great 2 hrs on the Darjeeling Himalayan Railway, the Bluebell, West Somerset, and many more. Of particular interest are the programmes on the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch, with a special one from the cab – RH&DR Cab Ride.  There’s more for 15” gauge enthusiasts, with the Ravenglass and Eskdale railway, Bure Valley and an hour of Miniature railways.
Perhaps our best seller has been How to Drive Steam Locomotives but all the DVDs are popular and there’s 27 to choose from!
 Our programmes are offered on DVD, though some titles are still available on VHS (PAL) as well. The DVDs play throughout most of the world and are generally fine for the EU and Australia but you may need a multi-mode player in the USA. However it is our experience that the DVDs also work well in PCs.
The web site is arranged so you can get instant access to the programme notes and be able to purchase them via the sales cart. If you would prefer to order by phone or email then the contact details are on the site.
This site is constantly developing. You will be able to see video excerpts of some of the programmes and a gallery of stills in certain areas, so look out for the goodies.  Also there are new programmes coming out all the time and these are reported in the news section.
