Shipping

We raised a standard charge of £1.50 in UK, £2.00 in EU and £3.00 for the rest of the world. This charge is raised per shipment for one or more DVDs. Shipment is usually made within 24-48 hrs after receipt of order. DVDs are securely packed to avoid damage. In the event of problems with goods received damaged, please let us know immediately.

Reliability

Our DVDs are written to top quality discs with a history of excellent reliability. We check them regularly to make sure they play properly.  The rare complaints we receive have almost always arisen from finger marks or scratching of the playing surface.  Please take care of your discs.
